Account Service Representative
WoodTrust Bank is accepting applications for an Account Service Representative for our Wisconsin Rapids locations.
Interested candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and high quality customer service skills. Good telephone skills and a professional attitude are essential as well as effective listening, questioning and problem solving skills. The individual must also use good judgment when dealing with delicate situations and observe the strictest secrecy and confidentiality.
Individuals must be available to work Monday-Friday for all shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and some Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – noon.
Teller (Wausau area)
WoodTrust Bank is accepting applications for Tellers at our Wausau, Wisconsin locations.
Interested candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and high quality customer service skills. The individual must be flexible and willing to perform a wide-range of banking and office duties and work cross-functionally with internal partners. Prior customer contact experience in a financial or retail setting and past banking experience preferred.
Individuals must be available to work Monday - Friday for all shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Loan Operations Associate
WoodTrust Bank is accepting applications for a Loan Operations Associate in Wisconsin Rapids.
This position is responsible for various tasks related to commercial, mortgage and consumer loan origination and servicing. Specifically, this position will have a focus on preparing loan documents.
The individual for this position must have good telephone skills, a solid understanding of math concepts and a professional, positive attitude. Effective listening skills, good written communication skills, ability to multi-task and a desire to solve problems are essential. Knowledge of a Windows environment and excellent computer skills are necessary. Must be a self-starter and work with little supervision.
Associates must be available to work Monday - Friday for between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with hours adjusted on occasion for meetings and/or special projects.
