A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a CSR, you will be involved in an on-the-job training program to enhance your skills and encourage internal advancement. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive total customer experience by completing banking transactions for individual and business customers. Keys to success include a professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliability and excellent attention to detail.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers with a smile
- Cash checks and take deposits
- Take loan payments
- Balance cash drawer
- Redeem Savings Bonds
- Issue money orders, cashiers’ checks and gift cards
- Provide information to customers about bank products and services

We currently have part-time and full-time positions available. A schedule is prepared a week or two in advance and may consist of scheduled time between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
