We are pleased to announce your Consumer Internet Banking service is being improved, making it easier than ever for you to review your account information, make transfers and pay bills. Some of the new features you will notice immediately are:

  • The screens have a great new look

  • Improved site navigation means the information you need is only a few clicks away

  • Quick links are included allowing you to jump to commonly used functions

  • Customer Service features have been consolidated into a single section for easy access

  • Online Help has been improved – you will see Online Help, How Do I…, Terms, and Frequently Asked Questions on every page

  • For customers using bill payment, you will notice a new “smart calendar” to help you schedule payments as well as improved navigation allowing you to move within the bill payment screens easier than ever

  • Account Overview Screen

When you login, you will be directed to the Account Overview Screen. All the information you have been using to complete your banking is still available, but is now better organized for improved viewing. The navigation is also improved, making it easier for you to move from screen to screen within Consumer Internet Banking. Across the top of the screen, you will see all the features that are available to you. Along the left side, you will see the tasks within each feature.

Your bank accounts are now grouped by type. Within each type, accounts are listed alphabetically by the account nickname that you have assigned. If you have not assigned a nickname, you can easily do so through the “Customize your accounts” link.

For your privacy, only the last four digits of your account number will be displayed on most of your commonly used pages.

    Transfer Funds

You still have the ability to transfer funds between your accounts at WoodTrust Bank either by performing a single transaction or setting up a recurring transfer. Your accounts will appear in the drop-down lists with their nickname, the last 4 digits of the account number for identification, and the balance in the account.

    Make Payments

You can find all your bill payment tasks within this menu. This enables you to pay one or all of your bills without entering unnecessary information.

When you click on the bill payment link, you will see a redesigned, simplified Make Payments page. The page gives you the date and amount of the last payment for each payee. To make payments, simply enter the amounts for each payee, enter the dates, and click the “make payments” button. Payments are scheduled immediately and go to your payment “Outbox”, but you can always change or delete them prior to 8:00 PM on the date they are scheduled to go.

You can have the system calculate payment delivery dates for you. If you enter a date to mail a payment, the system will tell you when the payment will get to the payee. The new “smart calendar” does the same thing, and it shows you both the scheduled and delivery dates at a glance.

Using the drop-down box on the top of the new Make Payments page, you can easily make payments from an alternate bank account. Simply enter the payments you want to pay from the first account, make those payments, select an alternate account and make the rest of your payments.

You can still set up a recurring payment by adding a recurring payment option to your payee. Simply click on “Set Up Recurring” for any payee in your list, and go to the Change Options page. You can enter the frequency, amount, and schedule for that payment, and the system will schedule your payments for you. This works great when you pay the same amount every month!

    Customer Service

This new section provides a link to contact us, as well as many other functions. Within this Customer Service Index, an Account Maintenance feature allows you to change such items as your password and e-mail address. Within the Account Services section, you have the ability to stop checks. And on this page, links to our Consumer Internet Banking disclosures are included for your easy reference.

    Logging Out

At the top of your screen, you will see the Sign-off Button. To ensure the security and privacy of your Consumer Internet Banking information, be sure to always use this sign-off link or close your browser after you have completed your banking transactions.

Best of all – you receive all these benefits without having to do a thing! When we introduce our improved Consumer Internet Banking service on April 23, 2007, all these exciting new features are automatically available to you. Rest assured, any scheduled payments and transfers will continue to be processed as you have them set up.

Your current user id and password will remain the same for the improved Consumer Internet Banking service.  If you have any questions about this information or trouble logging in, please contact us at 715-423-7600 during normal business hours or toll free at 866-268-3097 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
